DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are based on the product(s) you have ordered, the weight of your order and the destination country. The lowest shipping charges are shown in the table below.

All goods are shipped form the UK and international customers may be subject to import duties.

DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES

Many of our items are made-to-order and while we aim to ship all orders within 2-4 days of receipt this process can take longer during busier periods.

Please Note: A ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.

REGIONAL REQUIREMENTS

UAE: For deliveries to the UAE a PO Box must be used.

Brazil: To pass customs in Brazil, you must include your CPF/CNPJ number as part of your address.

China: Chinese customers must include their Residents ID number as part of their address.

PRE-ORDERS

Items on 'Pre-order' will only ship at the pre-order date. Orders containing items on pre-order* will only ship once the pre-order date(s) of all items within the order have passed.
*Excludes DefectedXXV 'bundles' (see below)

DEFECTEDXXV PRODUCTS

Pre-orders of DefectedXXV products will ship in October 2024. This includes:

• Defected 25 Years In The House Book
• Defected Together Vinyl Box Set
• Defected 25 Years In The House Bundle
• Defected Together Bundle
• DefectedXXV Collector's Bundle

Orders containing a mixture of DefectedXXV pre-order products and other products will be split; standard products will be processed normally and DefectedXXV products will not ship until October 2024. An additional postage charge for these products will be automatically applied at checkout.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTS

Large formats prints (including 'Stretched Canvas Prints', 'Framed Canvas Prints' and 'Framed Prints') are shipped from a different location and may arrive at a different time to other items in your order. An additional postage charge for these products will be automatically applied at checkout. Larger print sizes cannot be shipped internationally - please see individual product listings for details.

EVENT TICKETS
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. Your QR code ticket will be sent via email one week before the festival start date.

POSTAL/SHIPPING TIMES

As the majority of our merchandise is printed to order, we are unable to expedite the printing and dispatch process (see 'Dispatch And Processing Times' above).

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your name and order number.
