To mark three decades of house music mischief, community, and creativity, Classic Music Company presents Classic Is Your Friend: a beautifully crafted 12” x 12” softcover publication designed as much for coffee tables as it is for record shelves.

Lovingly put together by David Windmill—one of Classic’s original in-house designers—the book offers an expansive and intimate look at the label’s evolution, featuring an introduction by Music Journalist Claire Hughes, a heartfelt foreword by Honey Dijon and a reflective afterword by Classic co-founder Luke Solomon.

The book is split into two parts:

The first section dives into Classic’s formative era with unseen photography of the original Classic family, artists, staff and moments behind the music. Archive imagery from Classic’s legendary residency at The End. A full gallery of vinyl sleeves from CMC100 to 00 and the LP’s / compilations, presented in high-resolution, celebrating each as a piece of art.
