Two essential Blaze cuts come together on this beautifully focused 12" from Groovin Recordings, bringing together the disco-soul warmth of Joey Negro and the deep, soulful club sound of New York's legendary Shelter scene.
On the A-side, Wishing You Were Here (Joey Negro Extended Mix) gets the full Dave Lee treatment. Originally released in the late '90s, this extended version opens up Blaze's soulful songwriting into a rich, flowing disco-house groove, with additional vocals from the legendary Taka Boom. Warm, melodic and effortlessly danceable, it's a perfect example of Joey Negro's ability to draw out the disco and soul DNA in a great house record.
The flip delivers another Blaze favourite: How Deep Is Your Love (Shelter Vocal Mix), featuring the distinctive vocals of Alexander Hope. Mixed by Shelter boss Timmy Regisford, this is deep, emotional New York house at its finest. An unhurried groove, soulful vocals and that unmistakable Shelter atmosphere.
Two sides, two classic approaches to soulful house. A strong addition for fans of Blaze, classic deep house, soulful house and the New York/New Jersey club tradition.

Returns
If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure the goods are returned as new with sales tags and packaging.
We, unfortunately, do not accept returns on any of our vinyl records or poster prints. This is due to return shipping cost and to avoid damages on the return trip, along with a couple of quality control reasons. We are also unable to accept returns for Facemasks, Swimwear, Underwear or Unitards. Thank you for your understanding.
We offer free returns on any garments that are defective, but not for change of mind or exchange of size/colour. If you qualify for a free return, these costs will be reimbursed to you, directly to your account. Please ensure you include a receipt for standard tracked postage costs with your return.
